Lis Wiehl, an American journalist and legal analyst who used to be a Fox News analyst.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appears weekly for The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File w/ Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs Presently. The Imus Breakfast Shows. The Legal Lis podcast and radio show.
Wiehl was raised in Yakima, Washington, and graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She graduated with a bachelor's degree at Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was a prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. She served as a legal correspondent to NPR's All Things Considered. She served as the "deputy chief investigative attorney for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. She taught law as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. Wiehl was an Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
