She's worked in a variety of industries working with managers and teams to improve business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and leading in a comprehensive strategy for the people of the world. Annmarie is a trusted adviser who has helped translate enterprise goals and strategies into business and people strategy through the management of change and engagement for employees. She's a lover of education and considers leadership and team-building as the best advantage. Annmarie has been working for Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized companies, building leaders and providing coaching with proven results. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embraced the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for improvement of employees as well as teams. Annmarie has been inspired to give her talents and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she offers support to several non-profit organisations. There are many organizations that she supports. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. The goal of this committee is to build women into leaders.
