She had a varied career and collaborated with groups of executives to reach objectives for business, particularly during times of fast shifts and rapid growth. Her work as a partner in transforming business and human strategies into strategic goals for enterprises and plans has involved planning organizational and operational performance employees' engagement, as well as the evolution of management. She's passionate about learning and sees team and leadership development as the ultimate competitive advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and trained leaders who have achieved results and have had success. The work she did helped cultivate cultures in organizations that encourage innovation and learning. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she is currently providing support to various non-profit organizations during her time off. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. Its mission is to develop women as leaders.
