Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. She earned her Pro Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. By the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel spent her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished with a third-place finish. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is the back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. First, she warms up before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. The supersetting of all back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
